Our story

Inspired by Mexican street graphics, La Inmaculada draws on the strength of hand-painted signs, posters and small traditional shops. Our symbol fuses two icons: the al pastor trompo, standing for the craft, the flavor and taquería tradition, and the radiant halo of La Inmaculada. Everything we do comes from there: tacos made with devotion, no rush and no shame. (Add the story of how the taquería began here.)
